Getting to know Nativik
What is Nativik?
Nativik is an app designed to introduce children to English through play. It combines an interactive world with learning activities and guided speaking practice. Read the Nativik overview for a closer look.
Which ages is Nativik intended for?
Nativik is designed for children aged 3–10 who are beginning English. This describes its intended learning audience. The 4+ label on the US App Store listing is a content classification, not a developmental recommendation.
Can my child use Nativik without knowing English first?
Yes. Nativik is designed for beginners, including children with little or no previous English knowledge.
What activities does Nativik offer?
Children explore an interactive world, play topic-based mini-games, care for a character and respond to guided speaking prompts. The activities bring English into objects, actions and everyday routines.
Languages, devices and access
Does Nativik teach languages other than English?
Nativik teaches English. Other languages named in its App Store listing are declarations about app languages, not a list of languages children can study.
Is the app available in Arabic?
The US App Store listing does not include Arabic among its declared app languages. Check the language list in your local store before downloading; a website's language is separate from the app's interface language.
Which devices can I use?
The US App Store listing lists iPhone and iPad, requiring iOS 15.0 or iPadOS 15.0 or later, respectively.
For Android, check Nativik's Google Play listing on your device. Use your local store to check availability and compatibility before downloading.
Is downloading Nativik free?
The US App Store listing describes Nativik as free to download, with in-app purchases. This does not mean every activity is free to use.
Nativik's Terms of Use say access may require a paid subscription and identify Apple, Google Play and Stripe as subscription payment channels. Check the offer shown for your payment channel before subscribing.
Speaking practice and progress
What does the AI companion do?
The AI companion provides guided prompts that invite children to listen, repeat and try English words or phrases aloud during play. Speaking practice sits alongside exploration and mini-games.
Why does speaking practice need a microphone?
According to Nativik's Privacy Policy, the microphone supports pronunciation and speech recognition so the app can process spoken responses during speaking activities.
Does Nativik store my child's voice?
Nativik's Privacy Policy, dated October 15, 2025, states that voice input is processed in real time and is not recorded, stored or shared.
How can parents follow progress?
Nativik offers progress emails for parents with updates on their child's learning.
Accounts and family data
Can children chat with other users?
According to Nativik's Terms of Use, the app does not include chat, social interaction or user-generated content. Children cannot use it to message other users.
Who creates and manages the account?
Under Nativik's Terms of Use, only a parent or legal guardian may create an account for a child. Parents or guardians manage the account and are responsible for supervising their child's use.
How can I ask about or delete family data?
Nativik's Privacy Policy describes parents' options to access, correct or request deletion of family data, and to withdraw consent. Use the contact details in the policy to make a request.
App ratings
Where can I check Nativik's ratings?
Visit the ratings section of the US App Store listing. For Android, open the Google Play listing for your country. A score and its rating count belong to the particular store and market where they are displayed, not to a combined rating across all Nativik users.
